| How is Turnip Juice Made |
Turnip juice is produced from purple carrot, turnip radish, pounded wheat flour, salt, yeast and water. Fermentation of turnip juice is completed in two stages.
In the first stage; pounded wheat flour, salt ans water are mixed and yhe resulting dough is left to become sour.
Second stage is the fermentation of the purple carrot and sliced turnip radish with the liquid obtained by extraction of sour dough with water.
